Don't forget, kids, you have a lot of options, from blocking the phone number with your phone company (this may be easiest if you have a smart phone), just ignoring the calls perpetually and letting them go to voicemail, consulting with an attorney (such as an FDCPA lawyer in your area) to get clear on what your rights are (and if they're being violated), consulting with a bankruptcy attorney, and inquiring about debt consolidation (also known as debt settlement).
