Check your credit card / bank statements for this telephone number alongside one of the charges. Did you give recently to a charity? There are people saying the number is associated with legitimate charges from Canadian Cancer Society, March of Dimes, an Autism group, "charity walks" of all sorts, etc.
It seems legitimate, but we'd like to know what you know.
