Bill collector, possibly Asset Acceptance, which is a debt buyer. In short that means this company may have purchased a debt - usually a credit card debt, but it could be all kinds of different things - from the original creditor. That makes it the new owner/creditor. And they're contacting you for payment.
I'm not saying *you* owe them money, but it appears that they believe you or someone at your phone number does. Beware, this company is serious; they are in the habit of filing lawsuits if they can find sufficient assets.
